Let us know as much as you can! If you have an idea of the material you want to use please include that.

It is a good idea to go through the parts and assembled poles pages before submitting a request. We are going to end up asking you for all of the measurements that an assembled pole order would require as well as a couple more.

Though we want to help your project become a reailty, it may take some time to get to an exact design that fits your needs.

The most common request that we get that we do not have parts or joints to accomodate are for T-Junctions or Corner-Junctions for making cubes. If your project requires these parts, you will need to find a source for them yourself.

Tell us about your project

This form is for people looking to have something made custom for their own use or product. If you need new poles for an existing tent or getting damaged poles/cord repaired, please use those inquiries forms to submit your questions.

Please tell us all you can about the project. It is best to submit a sketch along with any measurements you already have of the arc you are trying to make. We have no interest in stealing your ideas. If you require an NDA to start this process we may not be the right people to work with. We are happy to sign one once we have an idea that we can help and/or provide poles in the first place.
