It is always nice to have an idea of cost before you send your poles off to our shop. This page will have you answer questions and tell us what is wrong with your poles (i.e. broken, bad cord, bent). With that we will get you an answer as soon as we can

REPAIR SERVICES:
TPT offers repair services for fiberglass, aluminum and carbon fiber tent poles. We specialize in shock corded assemblies of all kinds.

EASTON, DAC, Dong-In and Yunan aluminum parts and accessories that are still in production we try to have on hand. We do not sell these parts direct to customers. We only have them for in house repair purposes.

We stay as current as we can with new products and do our best to have stock when something is no longer supported by a manufacturer.

It is important to us that the right material is used to create the best repair possible. Our dedicated staff will do everything they can to get your favorite tent up and running again.

All of the parts we sell direct to customers can be found by clicking the button to shop for parts. If, you do not see what you need, we will have you send your poles in for in house repair service. We do not sell non-Easton part outside of our in house repairs.
